May God help us to get off our moral high horse and to understand the reality of our condition before Him. May those of us who have not had to struggle with this sin be thankful that we have not. And let us be gracious and compassionate to those who do.
Friends, we’re the kind of church that says "come all sinners regardless whether your sin is homosexuality or envy or gossip or greed or unforgiveness or anything else. Come all sinners and find forgiveness and grace and transformation through Jesus Christ."

Christians and the church are in the position of having to walk a tightrope. On the one hand, we are called to be serious about fanning into flame in one another the desire to live an obedient life, holy and pleasing to God. On the other, we are called to be gracious and gentle as we allow time for the Spirit break us and transform us.
